Who is responsible
This website belongs to the MAGNETISiM project of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), C/ Ramiro de Maeztu 7, 28040 Madrid, Spain. The UPM is the controller of any personal data handled through it.

What this website does not do
It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website, not from third parties.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps technical logs, which include your IP address, to run the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure service. We can see them for up to 7 days, and we do not download or keep them.
Download counter
When you click a download button, we add one to the count for that version and that day. We store no IP address, cookie or anything else that identifies you.
Downloads from UPMdrive
The .zip files are served by UPMdrive, the UPM file service, under the UPM privacy policy.
If you write to us
We use your email address and your message only to answer you, and we keep them only as long as the conversation needs. The legal basis is your request.
Other websites
Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, femm.info, the CEIMM, the UPM or UPMdrive take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, for its rectification, erasure or restriction, object to its use or ask for its portability by writing to proteccion.datos@upm.es. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Lo que esta web no hace
No instala cookies ni usa herramientas de analítica, publicidad o seguimiento. Las fuentes, las imágenes y los scripts se sirven desde esta web, no desde terceros.
Registros del servidor
Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento, Hostinger, guarda registros técnicos, que incluyen tu dirección IP, para que la web funcione y sea segura. La base legal es nuestro interés legítimo en un servicio seguro y operativo. Podemos verlos durante 7 días como máximo, y no los descargamos ni los guardamos.
Contador de descargas
Cuando pulsas un botón de descarga, sumamos uno a la cuenta de esa versión y ese día. No guardamos tu IP, ni cookies, ni nada que te identifique.
Descargas desde UPMdrive
Los .zip los sirve UPMdrive, el servicio de archivos de la UPM, bajo la política de privacidad de la UPM.
Si nos escribes
Usamos tu correo y tu mensaje solo para responderte, y los conservamos solo el tiempo que necesite la conversación. La base legal es tu propia solicitud.
