Breaking Records: The First MAGNETISiM Tutorial Officially Presented at UPM
Following our exciting announcement at APEC 2026, the momentum behind MAGNETISiM continues to grow. We are thrilled to share that the very first official tutorial for the tool has just been presented!
A Full House at the CEIMM Annual Meeting
The presentation took place during the 1st Annual Meeting of the Centro de Electrónica Industrial y Sistemas Multimodales (CEIMM) at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM).
What made this event truly special was the incredible response from the community. We experienced a record-breaking attendance, far surpassing the numbers we were historically accustomed to at the legacy Annual Meetings of the former Centro de Electrónica Industrial (CEI). Seeing so many colleagues, professionals, and researchers filling the room and eager to learn about MAGNETISiM was a massive milestone for the entire team.
Hands-on with the Future of Magnetic Design
While our previous updates focused on the exciting features under the hood—like the upcoming SPICE model generation—this tutorial was all about getting hands-on. Attendees had the opportunity to see the tool in action, learning the workflow and discovering firsthand how MAGNETISiM is going to streamline the design and simulation of magnetic components.
The transition from esaFEMM to MAGNETISiM is a huge leap forward, and being able to guide the community through this first official tutorial confirms that we are on the right track. The feedback and engagement from the attendees were invaluable.
MAGNETISiM is officially here!
The enthusiasm we saw at UPM was the perfect launchpad for us. We are thrilled to announce that MAGNETISiM is now officially live and ready for you to use! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. If you haven't already, go ahead and try the tool, and make sure to subscribe to receive the latest updates on upcoming features (like the SPICE model generation). The wait is finally over—start designing!
